📋 What Is a Copyright Takedown Request?

If you believe that content on ShutterWingPhotos infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request. We respect intellectual property rights and will review all valid requests promptly.

📧 How to Submit a Takedown Request

Send an email to leodeng@leodeng.dev with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request" and include all of the following:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The URL(s) of the content on our platform that you believe infringes your copyright.
3. Your full name and email address so we can contact you.
4. A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

✅ Our Response

We will review all submitted requests and remove infringing content promptly upon verification. The uploader will be notified. Users who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their accounts terminated.

🔄 Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to leodeng@leodeng.dev including your contact information, a description of the removed content and its location before removal, and a statement that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
